1 cup Whipping cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 pc Apple
2 pcs Kiwi
1 pc Orange
1 pc Banana
- For Garnish
1 pc Strawberry
2 tbsp Dry fruits
Directions
- Into a large bowl, add whipping cream 1 cup & 1/2 cup sugar. Whip the cream until you get stiff peaks, then keep the whipped cream ( always keep the whipped cream in refrigerator to maintain its freshness).
- Take the whipped cream , dice an apple into bite size pieces, dice kiwi 2 pcs and add them into the cream.
- Peal & dice oranges , slice a banana into bite size pieces and add them also into the whipping cream.
- Mix the fruits and cream together gently and garnish it with chopped strawberry 1 pc and dry fruits 2 tbsp.
- The fruit cream dessert is ready – Keep in refrigerator and serve it cold.
